I don't have the phone, But 3 of my friends have a Black Berry and 1 has a Nokia 5800, and when you scroll up and down the contact names disappear and are no longer visible. Mxit freezes, they have tried re-downloading. It has started happening 2 weeks ago. The Nokia is fixed, this tells us it is not the software.

The Nokia had issues for about 1 day.

The black berry is still having issues.
If you scroll down the names disappear and it re-appears when you scroll up. Some times the status bar right at the top goes white and freezes.

The attachment bellow is an example of how the contacts look when they disappear.

I have a blackberry 8900 and I'm also having that problem, but here's a solution for your buddies...
It happens after you've been in your profile and you use the back key...
What you need to do is scroll randomly and click on any contact, the screen will be fine, click back the screen will be fine if you don't scroll, then click the menu key, go to your profile, scroll down to save and it will exit the menu automatically and the screen won't dissapear on you

I'm currently using a Blackberry Curve 8520 and have been experiencing many problems lately, since the new version was released I assume. I downloaded the new version (and tried previous versions) but still get the same errors:

*Friends list dissappears (partially) when scrolling down or up

*Mxit freezes occasionally

*No "Loggin in..." screen with animation (jumps straight to friends list after pressing 'Login'

*The inline edit has changed horribly! Gradient white and blue??

Those are the problems I have been experiencing lately. Any fixes would be appreciated.

Hey! Recently purchased a BB 9520 storm 2. Mxit worked ok for a while but the new version doesn't respond to the touch screen at all. Trying to log in fails and the interface won't respond at all... When rotatitng the display the display freezes in a white screen. Can't set any login data or get to my contacts.... There any explanation for this or is it purely a Mxit flaw ? I have a bb torch,downloaded Mxit,installs fine,problem is I can't type anything,have changed settings in 'text input' on my fone,still nothing doing,did reach a point where it worked a bit,had to turn off all predictive text,but that's when Mxit started 'predicting' text.....any ideas abt what I'm doing wrong??? Also,If possible,I wouldn't mind beta testing,many thanks

i have BIS with Vodacom
My Mxit is still not working even though I set my APN to 'Blackberry.net'
can someone please assist me
its really irritating
