How can I reset my iphone 3g to factory settings without deleting everything off it? I just got an iphone 3g and I got so excited that i filled it with loads of applications and songs (about $30 worth). The other day when i plugged my iphone into the computer on itunes it said to reset the iphone to factory settings. I dont want to loose all my apps so what can i do?

That shouldn't really have been the case?

If you have iTunes installed on your computer, you should be able to sync all your applications onto your computer (if your applications are legitimate).

You can then reset your factory settings on the phone and replace the applications.

Yes Mxit is supported on this version of the OS. You should be downloading Mxit from the App store, not the wapsite.
