It has come to my attention that people have been using Mxit's name to "commandeer" user's Mxit profiles.

Mxit staff will never ask for your current PIN. We will never ask you to change your profile's mobile number or e-mail address that is currently recorded in your Info bot (Info - Profile - Profile information)

Keep these and all other personal information to yourself and do not change them on the request of anyone.
