Hi there,

I am using Mxit on my mac laptop using Adium. Every 2 minutes or so, a message pops up requiring me to enter a security code that is shown above.
My question is if there is a way to get rid of it or do I just have to deal with it? The message looks like this:

Mxit Authorization

Mxit account validation

Security Code

Enter Security Code
Your Country
Your Language

The pop up message you see should be filled in once only when you first sign in to adium

Please try the following:
*Remove then recreate your Mxit account on adium

If the problem still persists, try this:
- Navigate to Home Folder/Library/Caches
-- delete the "Adium" folder and the folder called "com.adiumX.adiumX"
- Navigate to Home Folder/Library/Preferences
-- delete the file called "com.adiumX.adiumX.plist"

Download Mxit Adium plugin 1.4 HERE
And then reinstall

The verification message you receive should now appear once only. please fill in the required information and keep us updated as to whether your issue has been resolved
